The Autodesk Construction Cloud provides several options for exchanging content with internal and external stakeholders. In our recent 30 min. Workout, we explored some formal and informal methods of file sharing.
Using the informal methods shown, Project Managers can easily share content with stakeholders (regardless of file sizes) using a single platform. They also retain a pristine copy of every file that goes out and comes in while maintaining a complete record of all file activities, including the associated names and dates.
Taking a more formal approach, Project Managers can leverage the Transmittals feature to build a searchable archive (spanning the entire history of a project) that logs all content shared between stakeholders.
