Civil 3D’s parameter override feature allows users to modify individual subassembly dimensions at specific stations along a corridor model. Because these overrides are applied to a single assembly insertion, they can be a great way to make minor adjustments that would be difficult to model any other way.
Choosing to apply parameter overrides however, includes the added responsibility of keeping track of them. By doing some digging, overridden stations can be found within the corridor properties, or section editor. In today’s installment though, we’ll explore a really quick way to display overridden corridor stations graphically, making them easy to find on screen.
